Each year, the consumer website DealerRater gives out awards to automotive dealers all over the country. These awards are based totally on feedback they receive from actual car buyers like you.

How DealerRater Chooses Their Dealers Of The Year
DealerRater's Dealer of the Year Award Program recognizes only a small number of dealerships throughout the U. S. and Canada. These dealerships are chosen based on consumers' actual online reviews posted on DealerRater's website.
Those dealerships that achieve the highest PowerScore™ for consumer satisfaction in their brand category at both the national and state levels receive recognition as a Dealer of the Year. The PowerScore™ is determined by the dealer's average star rating as well as the total number of reviews written about that dealer during the year.
How DealerRater Chooses Their Consumer Satisfaction Winners
The Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to local dealers that have achieved consistently outstanding ratings in how they treat their customers.
DealerRater reviews the PowerScores they give dealerships based on the number of reviews posted for that particular dealership as well as the star rating attached to each review. Then, Consumer Satisfaction Awards are given to the top 10% of new car dealership as well as the top used car dealerships.
